1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Madhu Dadi — AI, Python & Analytics Hub (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Content Usage

All content published on the Platform is for educational and informational purposes only. You may read, reference, and share links to content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell substantial portions of the content without written permission.

3. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You may not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • By default, you are subscribed to newsletter updates. You can unsubscribe anytime from your profile settings

4. Premium Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed via Razorpay on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Newsletter Communications

By creating an account, you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter. You can manage your subscription anytime from your profile settings page. Unsubscribing will stop future emails but does not affect your access to free or premium content on the Platform.

6. User-Generated Content

You may post comments, code snippets, and other contributions on the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute it on the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post; do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, or that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content at our discretion.

7. AI-Powered Features

The Platform provides AI-generated summaries, explanations, and answers powered by OpenAI. These are provided as-is and may contain errors. Do not rely on AI-generated content as professional or factual advice. Always verify critical information independently.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content, code, design, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Madhu Dadi unless otherwise stated. The name “Madhu Dadi — AI, Python & Analytics Hub” and related logos may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Madhu Dadi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email (to registered users) or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last modified.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.
